Value of Alignment
Alignment is perhaps one of the most underrated needs in every
organization. I rate its importance right at the
top. Every member of the organization must be aligned
to the mission, vision, core values and goals of the
organization. People can be so preoccupied with tasks that
they forget the big picture. Coaching helps people
align.
Adding Value
Coaching is about adding value to others. It is bringing out
the best in them for the sake of their well-being and improvement
and for the sake of the company. The goal in adding
value is high morale, a strong sense of purpose, and increased
productivity.

Timetable
Coaching may become a permanent feature in an organization where
officers are rated. Or, it may be for a period of 3 months to one
year. It depends on the objective of the coaching. What
is important is that short-term goals must be established in order
to fulfill the long-term objectives.
